Notes - Classical Cryptosystems
The following are notes from Introduction to Cryptography with Coding Theory.
For simple cryptosystems we can make a few conventions
plaintext is written in lowercase
CIPHERTEXT written in uppercase
Letters of the alphabet are assigned numbers from 0-25 starting from a
Spaces and punctuation are omitted
